One nights stay chargeable for no show or cancellations less than 24 hours. Payments collected upfront upon check in. Entry into hostel premises is via door access code. After check in, guests are expected to remember main door entry code or risk getting locked out. The doorbell may be switched off between midnight & 7.00am.

Reception closed between 12.00 midnight and 7.00am. Check-in allowed during those times ONLY if prior arrangements have been made via phone or email advise of arrival time. Approximate arrival time must be provided or rooms will be released by 6pm.
